1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Seaside Sit & Stay website (“Site”) and services, you agree to these Terms of Use and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.
2. Services Provided
Seaside Sit & Stay provides pet sitting, boarding, and related care services. Use of this Site does not guarantee service availability. All bookings require confirmation.
3. Bookings & Payments
All bookings must be made online or directly with our team. Pricing is subject to change without notice, and payment terms are outlined at booking.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, ensure your pet is healthy and vaccinated, and disclose any behavioral or medical concerns.
5. Photo & Video Consent
We may photograph or record pets during their stay for updates and marketing purposes. If you do not consent, you must notify us in writing before your scheduled service begins.
6. Cancellation Policy
Please see our Policies section below for cancellation details. Late cancellations may incur fees.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution, Seaside Sit & Stay is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing health conditions or injuries sustained before service
- Events beyond our control (e.g., weather, emergencies)
- Issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client
Under Florida law, owners remain responsible for damages or injuries caused by their pets (Florida Statute § 767.04).

All content on this Site is owned by Seaside Sit & Stay and may not be reproduced without written consent.
9. Privacy

10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site means you accept those changes.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Policies
Health & Vaccinations
All pets must have current vaccinations (rabies, distemper, and bordetella for dogs) and be free from fleas, ticks, and contagious illnesses. We reserve the right to refuse service if a pet is ill or aggressive.
Behavior & Safety
Owners must disclose any behavioral issues. Aggressive or unsafe behavior may result in immediate service cancellation without refund.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancel 48+ hours before service start: Full refund
- Cancel within 48 hours: 50% fee
- No-shows: Charged in full
Emergency Care
If a pet requires emergency medical attention, we will attempt to contact the owner. If unreachable, we will seek care from a licensed veterinarian at the owner’s expense.
Property Damage
Pet owners are responsible for any property damage caused by their pets.
Photo & Video Consent
Unless you notify us in writing, Seaside Sit & Stay may use photos and videos of your pet for updates and promotional purposes.
